Judge orders bank to reimburse US$30,000
REPUBLIC Bank Ltd has been ordered by the High Court to reimburse a businessman US$30,000 for emergency medical expenses incurred overseas, ruling that the bank was contractually responsible for the medical benefits attached to its Visa Signature credit card.
