SHENZHEN, China, May 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CDT Environmental Technology Investment Holdings Limited (NASDAQ:CDTG) ("CDT", the "Company", or "we"), a leading provider of waste treatment systems and services throughout China, announced to today that it has filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on May 15, 2026. The annual report on Form 20-F, which contains CDT's audited consolidated financial statements, can be accessed through the SEC's website at www.sec.gov or CDT's website at https://www.cdthb.cn.

All amounts are expressed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

2025 Financial Results

  • Total revenues decreased by approximately $11.5 million, or 38.8%, to approximately $18.2 million for the year ended December 31, 2025.
  • Revenues from sewage treatment system installations decreased by approximately $11.1 million, or 39.2%, to approximately $17.3 million for the year ended December 31, 2025, from approximately $28.4 million for the same period in 2024. This decline is primarily attributable to delays in the progress of projects initiated between 2021 and 2024, which were mainly caused by prolonged local government review and approval processes that pushed project timelines beyond initial expectations, as well as a decrease in the number of new projects secured in 2025 compared to the previous year.
  • Revenues from sewage treatment services decreased by approximately $0.4 million, or 29.8%, to approximately $0.9 million for the year ended December 31, 2025, from approximately $1.3 million for the year ended December 31, 2024. The decrease was primarily due to reduced demand for our services as a result of the ongoing economic downturn in the PRC
  • Gross profit decreased by approximately $3.7 million, or 32.8%, to approximately $7.6 million for the year ended December 31, 2025, from approximately $11.2 million for the year ended December 31, 2024. The decrease in gross profit is primarily due to the decline in revenue from the wastewater treatment system and wastewater treatment system services as discussed above.
  • For the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024, overall gross profit margin was 41.5% and 37.8%, respectively. The 3.7% increase was primarily due to a higher proportion of profitable projects completed during 2025, partially offset by a decrease in the gross profit percentage for our sewage treatment services business primarily due to increased labor costs.
  • Total operating expenses increased by approximately $10.0 million or 107.7% to approximately $19.2 million for the year ended December 31, 2025 from approximately $9.2 million for the year ended December 31, 2024. The increase was mainly attributable to approximately $1.7 million increase in stock-based compensation and the recording of a provision for credit losses, net of recoveries, of approximately $14.7 million for the year ended December 31, 2025, compared to a net recovery of approximately $6.5 million for the same period in 2024. The increase in the recording of a provision for credit losses, net of recoveries, was primarily due to higher provisions made in 2025 in response to increased credit risk and collectability concerns.

The Company has considered historical experience, the economic environment, trends in the sewage treatment industry, and the expected collectability of accounts receivable and contract assets as of December 31, 2025. Since its sewage treatment systems customers are mainly state-owned companies, which are backed by the local governments, the Company believes its current allowance policy is reasonable as of December 31, 2025.

As such, the Company currently expects to realize these outstanding balances, net of allowance within the normal operating cycle of twelve months. As of the date of the issuance of these consolidated financial statements, the Company has received approximately $1.9 million of its accounts receivable. The liquidity of the Company's operations highly depends on the timing of payments from its major customers, and should there be any delay in payment, its operations and liquidity may be impacted.

  • Net loss was approximately $10.3 million for the year ended December 31, 2025, compared to net income of approximately $1.4 million for the same period in 2024. The decline was primarily attributable to delays in the progress of projects initiated between 2021 and 2024, a decrease in the number of new projects secured in 2025 and reduced demand for the Company's services amid the ongoing economic downturn in the PRC.
  • As of December 31, 2025, our working capital was approximately $26.4 million compared to $26.0 million.

Update on Current and Planned Projects

As of March 31, 2026, the Company had three projects in backlog: Phase VI of the Jimei Guankou Project, the Xiamen Xinglin Pipeline Network Renovation Project, and the Hubei Wuxue Project. Phase VI of the Jimei Guankou Project was signed in February 2025 and commenced construction in March 2025; the Xiamen Xinglin Pipeline Network Renovation Project was signed in July 2025 and commenced construction in August 2025; and the Hubei Wuxue Project was signed and commenced construction in March 2026. According to the project agreements, the total provisional contract value for these three projects is RMB 187 million (approximately US$26.8 million), of which the provisional contract value for Phase VI of the Jimei Guankou Project is RMB 30 million (approximately US$4.3 million), the Xiamen Xinglin Pipeline Network Renovation Project has a provisional contract value of RMB 87 million (approximately US$12.5 million), and the Hubei Wuxue Project has a provisional contract value of RMB 70 million (approximately US$10 million), subject to the specific terms of the agreements.

In addition, the Company is currently participating in the bidding process for two wastewater treatment system projects, with results expected by the third quarter of 2026. There is no guarantee that the Company will be awarded these contracts, nor is there any guarantee that, even if awarded, the projects will be completed on time or at all.

Update on the Development of New Energy Opportunities to Diversify Revenue Streams

The Company is currently in discussions with potential industry partners to convert organic solid waste into new energy and renewable energy to promote commercialization of market-ready innovative energy solutions needed to achieve sustainable development goals and carbon neutrality, laying a foundation for the Company's future growth. The Company is currently engaged in the planning stages of this new energy opportunity, and therefore a number of uncertainties exist relating to the successful launch of this new project and the ability of the Company to create a new revenue stream in the future.

Li Yunwu, Chief Executive Officer of CDT, commented, "During fiscal year 2025, customer demand across our primary end markets aligned with expectations, despite macroeconomic headwinds in China and isolated project delays. While the external environment remains dynamic, our teams are executing well, staying close to customers, and advancing long-term priorities. Our cost optimization program to enhance operating efficiency and further strengthen our competitive position, continued to deliver benefits as we expanded our operating margin by 370 basis points year-over-year.

Entering 2026, we are confident that the enduring need to safeguard the supply of clean water will continue to underpin demand for our services across our key municipal end markets over the long term. Combined with our durable business model and the critical role our technologies and services play in supporting the daily operations of our customers, we expect to see an improvement in core sales growth and stable margins as the year progresses. This belief is underpinned by the three significant projects in the backlog totaling approximately $27 million along with several new projects that we are bidding on."

Li Yunwu concluded, "As part of our continued effort to deliver essential technologies that help customers address their biggest wastewater challenges, we have been establishing strategic partnerships with major Chinese enterprises to help achieve the country's 'Dual Carbon' goals. Driven by the 2030 carbon peaking target, local governments and industries must undergo significant transformations. Decarbonization aligns with CDT's new energy development strategy designed to diversify our revenue streams while we continue to drive organic growth opportunities in our core business. These are important steps in our roadmap to drive sustained, profitable growth and deliver meaningful long-term value for our shareholders."

"Send Us A Tip": U.S. Dangles $15 Million Reward For New Intel On Iran's Drone Network
"Send Us A Tip": U.S. Dangles $15 Million Reward For New Intel On Iran's Drone Network There is little doubt that Iran's Shahed drone threat has become a major concern, menacing surrounding Gulf states, commercial tanker traffic in the Strait of Hormuz, and U.S. bases across the region. This backdrop helps explain why the State Department's Rewards for Justice program has now put up to $15 million for new information in connection with an already sanctioned Iranian drone-production network linked to the IRGC-Qods Force. Rewards for Justice has named Kimia Part Sivan Company (KIPAS), which the State Department says serves as the drone-production arm of the IRGC-Qods Force . KIPAS has tested drones, supported drone transfers to Iraq, and procured foreign-made components for Iran's drone program. "The IRGC has financed numerous terrorist attacks and activities globally, including via its proxies outside Iran, such as Hamas, Hizballah, and Iran-backed militia groups in Iraq. The IRGC funds its international activities – in part – through sales of military equipment, including UAVs. Proceeds from Iran's sale of weapons and UAVs, including to buyers in Russia, also benefit the Iranian military, including the IRGC-QF," Rewards for Justice wrote on its website. Help us put a dent in the IRGC’s revenue stream. Send us a tip on these bad boys, who manage this drone manufacturer. pic.twitter.com/gwt0jyUqfx — Rewards for Justice (@RFJ_USA) May 14, 2026 The U.S. Treasury’s OFAC already sanctions KIPAS and appears on the Specially Designated Nationals list. OFAC designated KIPAS on October 29, 2021, for materially assisting the IRGC with its drone program. According to the State Department, six individuals are involved in the "testing, development, and supply of drones" linked to the IRGC. Commercial risk-intelligence and investigations platform Sayari has identified all known managers and links associated with KIPAS: Further refining: Follow the money and supply chains, and it appears the State Department wants to disrupt Iran's drone industry. SNAP recipient's viral video reveals fishy free benefit — and debate online goes off the deep end
A bitter debate has erupted online after a food stamp beneficiary posted a video appreciative of a California aquarium's policy allowing recipients in for free. The Monterey Bay Aquarium on the central coast says on its website that it participates in the Museums for All program, which allows Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program beneficiaries free or reduced-fee access. 'As someone who has been to the aquarium numerous times and seen the price go from $20 to $40 to now $65, this pisses me the f**k off.' Many online were outraged about the program after finding out about it through the recipient's video on social media. "This welfare s**t is legalized theft f**king bulls**t. Been working my ass off on roofs and doing electrical work my money gets eaten up by groceries, housing, and vehicle cost and these people live free on our dimes. F**k this," read one popular response. "We make it WAY too attractive to be on welfare. You'd have to make at least 80K per year to be able to compete with everything people on welfare get for free for sitting on their asses," said another user. "We went last year. my family payed. I don't think anyone else did. It was super crowded. I feel like the price is really $10 but I payed $400 for my family of 3 and about 37 other people," read another reply. "Why should they get more than those of us who pay taxes? What makes them deserve it more than us. I work 5 days a week and have to sit home most of the time because I can’t afford this stuff," said another critic. Others supported the program. "I have zero issue with making Museums and Aquariums accessible to the poor," read one popular post. "Being able to enrich the mind should not just be available to the wealthy this is why we also have Public Schools and Libraries." "It is offered so that children are able to share in educational experiences that their parents would be otherwise unable to afford. Are only children from middle, upper middle and wealth families entitled to educational opportunities?" asked another user. And others attacked the critics of the program as being heartless. "Do you realize how s***ty of a person you have to be, that you’re angry folks are going to the aquarium for free? You probably don’t, because you’re s***ty," said one user. "Poor people deserve fun and education, too, you f**king ghoul," read another response. RELATED: Able-bodied 38-year-old's response to Trump SNAP restrictions goes viral: 'Some bulls**t!' About 1,600 museums participate in the Museums for All program across the entire nation, according to the program's website. "As someone who has been to the aquarium numerous times and seen the price go from $20 to $40 to now $65, this pisses me the f**k off," responded one riled-up user. "I go to the aquarium and spend $65 so that ebt Maria and her bastard children can have unlimited free access." Like Blaze News? Virginia Democrats Ask US Supreme Court To Reinstate Congressional Map
Virginia Democrats Ask US Supreme Court To Reinstate Congressional Map Authored by Bryan Hyde via American Greatness, Virginia Democrats, along with their state Attorney General, have asked the US Supreme Court to override the Virginia Supreme Court’s decision last week that struck down a partisan redistricting plan. ABC News reports Virginia Attorney General Jay Jones wrote in the emergency application filed on Monday that the Virginia Supreme Court was “deeply mistaken” when it invalidated a ballot measure to amend the state constitution that would have netted Democrats as many as four new congressional seats. The state Supreme Court had ruled last Friday , in a 4–3 decision, that Democrats had violated the state Constitution, by failing to follow proper procedures, while racing to get the measure on the ballot before the midterm elections. According to SCOTUSblog , Virginia’s General Assembly adopted a new map in February that would have favored Democrats in 10 of the state’s 11 seats in the US House—a potential increase of four seats from the current balance between Democrats and Republicans in Virginia. The new map hinged on obtaining approval for an amendment to the Virginia constitution that would give the state legislature the power to draw a new congressional map outside of the normal cycle following the decennial census. In a referendum held in April, Virginia voters approved that amendment by a margin of three percentage points . The Virginia Supreme Court ruled that the referendum was not valid because the General Assembly had not followed proper procedures when it put the new amendment on the ballot. In Monday’s 24-page filing, Jones argued: “ The irreparable harm resulting from the Supreme Court of Virginia’s decision is profound and immediate . By forcing the Commonwealth to conduct its congressional elections using districts different from those adopted by the General Assembly pursuant to a constitutional amendment the people just ratified, the Supreme Court of Virginia has deprived voters, candidates, and the Commonwealth of their right to the lawfully enacted congressional districts.” Legal experts told ABC News last week that they believe Democrats have little chance of a successful appeal at the US Supreme Court because the state Supreme Court would be the highest authority dealing with state constitutional issues and no federal issues are at stake. According to former Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, “The Virginia Supreme Court is the final authority on Virginia constitutional questions. This is the end, folks. You will have the same map in 2026 that existed in 2024. That is now unchangeable and immutable.” Politico reports that Chief Justice John Roberts, who oversees emergency appeals arising from Virginia, instructed the Republicans who challenged the Virginia referendum to respond to Jones’ appeal by Thursday at 5 p.m. 🚨 JUST IN: It's now being speculated the US Supreme Court will LAUGH Virginia Democrats OUT OF THE ROOM after they just filed with SCOTUS to reinstate their draconian 10D-1R gerrymandered House map Dems want the federal court to NULLIFY their own State Supreme Court and... pic.twitter.com/5Q0KtVULKH — Eric Daugherty (@EricLDaugh) May 11, 2026 Tyler Durden Tue, 05/12/2026 - 11:40

Hulme Grammar School Pioneers AI-Centric Learning Shift in 2026, Bolstering North West's Digital Powerhouse
Oldham, GREATER MANCHESTER, April 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In a major boost for the North West's "Digital Powerhouse" status, Hulme Grammar School has announced plans to spearhead a national shift to AI-centric learning. The move positions Oldham at the forefront of the national tech conversation, ensuring local students are uniquely prepared for Greater Manchester's booming £5bn digital economy. Hulme Grammar AI-centric education Hulme Grammar School, the independent co-educational day school in Oldham founded more than four hundred years ago, has today announced a plan to fully integrate artificial intelligence seamlessly through everything it does. From September 2026, every pupil will be taught AI as a subject in its own right. In addition, all subjects will explicitly consider how AI can be effectively incorporated within the established traditional curriculum to further enhance the outcomes and prospects of all students. The announcement marks the next phase for the Brenda Mills Institute of Innovation and Technology (BMIIT), Hulme's dedicated STEAM hub launched last year. The BMIIT has already become a beacon for regional collaboration, recently hosting a 100-student cross-borough hackathon supported by mentors from University of Manchester, Imperial, AMEX GBT, Koder.ly, and Purple AI. The school's position is deliberately unambiguous; AI will change the world more profoundly than any technology in living memory, and schools that shy away from that reality will be doing their pupils an injustice. ACM Research Ships First PECVD SiCN System for Advanced Semiconductor Applications
FREMONT, Calif., April 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ACM Research, Inc. ("ACM") (NASDAQ: ACMR ), a leading supplier of wafer and panel processing solutions for semiconductor and advanced packaging applications, today announced it has shipped its first plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) silicon carbonitride (SiCN) system to a leading semiconductor manufacturer. As the latest addition to the Saturn Series of the ACM Planetary Family, this system met customer-defined process specifications in ACM's Lingang lab and has been shipped to the customer site for validation. Designed to address advanced back-end-of-line (BEOL) requirements, the system also positions ACM to serve the growing opportunity in advanced packaging applications. ACM's PECVD SiCN system is built on a proprietary deposition architecture that departs from conventional approaches by distributing the process across three stations within a single reaction chamber, making it the world's first three-station PECVD design. In this rotating deposition scheme, each station deposits one-third of the total film, enabling tighter control over interface layer formation, gas flow management and film uniformity across the wafer. Complementing this architecture, ACM's "One Station, One RF" control software technology provides independent plasma control at each station through dedicated radio frequency (RF) systems, helping improve process stability and enhance consistency across stations. "The shipment of our first PECVD SiCN system marks an important milestone as ACM continues to expand its process technology capabilities," said Dr. David Wang, President and Chief Executive Officer of ACM. "This platform features an innovative equipment design to support more advanced process requirements and deliver the control and consistency needed for increasingly complex semiconductor manufacturing and next-generation device integration." The system is designed to support PECVD SiCN processes for advanced BEOL applications at 55-nanometer and below, including copper oxidation reduction, copper diffusion ... Launching AI Into Orbit
Launching AI Into Orbit Authored by Timothy Murphy via RealClearDefense , The Strait of Hormuz reminds us that a single chokepoint can shape the global economy overnight. What most policymakers miss is that space has its own version of Hormuz—and we are rapidly losing control of it. Multiple sectors of the global economy are dependent on access to the Strait of Hormuz , but nations are becoming ever more reliant upon access to space to drive their economies. Similar to the Strait, the key corridor in space is Low Earth Orbit (LEO). All space systems are dependent upon access to it (either directly or indirectly), and the security of LEO and freedom of maneuver in space will increasingly rely upon Artificial Intelligence (AI). Success will come from AI’s capabilities in advancing commercial space activity, responding to current and future threats in space, and ensuring AI dominance through American control of the AI supply chain. AI is fundamental to maintaining U.S. advantages in commercial space activity . Many people still do not realize the extent of U.S. military involvement in all international space activity - both military and commercial. During my time standing up current operations at U.S. Space Command, we saw the volume and speed of activity in space explode beyond what human operators could effectively track in real time . That gap is only widening. The Space Force operates a Space Surveillance Network that monitors the space environment and tracks all artificial objects in Earth’s orbit. U.S. and foreign companies use this data to launch satellites, avoid debris, and ensure their systems do not conflict with other objects in space. The surveillance network has always relied upon complex algorithms, and as the volume and complexity of space-based activity increases, AI compute will be increasingly necessary. Providing this surveillance and tracking service will also advance U.S. advantages in the development of the commercial space industry. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and its preceding organizations played a critical role in solidifying air commerce as an economic force in the 20th century. U.S. development of the FAA ensured control over the global air industry which has generated wealth, economic benefits, and advanced logistics for over 100 years. America is on track to have similar influence over the development of space commerce, but AI will be critical to ensuring the expansion of surveillance, tracking, and deconfliction of space assets . The country that successfully employs AI capabilities to accomplish these functions will have the most influence on the future of the space industry. While AI will be critical to commercial space development, it is absolutely necessary to counter the quantity and capabilities of current threats, much less future ones. Existing threats to the space domain are significant and not well understood. The dominant adversary is China , which has over 1,300 satellites in orbit and maintains multiple systems (in space and on earth) that can target U.S. and allied space systems. China’s threats to space represent a range from destructive weapons to high-power laser weapons and powerful jammers. A coordinated Chinese effort to jam or blind satellites in LEO wouldn’t just affect military systems. It would disrupt GPS, financial transactions, logistics, and communications simultaneously. Much of China’s efforts to deter and defeat the U.S. rely heavily on their counter-space plans and capabilities. China could attempt to deploy those capabilities to hamper U.S. operations in LEO and thus disrupt the key “choke point” for space access. Much of China’s efforts to deter and defeat the U.S. rely heavily on their counter-space plans and capabilities . If deployed, they could directly disrupt U.S. operations in LEO and threaten access to this critical choke point. The U.S. cannot rely on human operators alone to respond. AI will be essential for detection, tracking, threat analysis, and real-time response to adversary actions. It can also provide decision-makers with options at tactical, operational, and strategic levels. These are capabilities the U.S. must accelerate in the years ahead. In space, AI is not an efficiency tool. It is the only way to maintain control. To realize these advantages, the United States must confront a harder truth: AI is only as strong as the supply chain behind it. If the U.S. does not control the AI stack—from chips to training data—it will not control the space domain. And today, that stack is globally fragmented and exposed. U.S.-based Nvidia’s GPUs power much of the AI ecosystem but systems like the GB200 rely on hundreds of global suppliers . That creates real vulnerability but also reflects reality. The U.S. cannot retreat from global markets without ceding influence. Selling American AI abroad sets standards, builds dependence, and keeps U.S. companies at the center of the ecosystem. The challenge is not whether to engage, but how. The U.S. should protect its most advanced capabilities from adversaries like China while avoiding broad export controls that weaken its own industrial base. The world has seen how a single chokepoint can shape the global economy. Space has its own chokepoint that it is becoming more critical by the year. AI will determine who can operate in that domain and who cannot. The country that builds and supplies that infrastructure will not just compete in space. It will define it. Col Timothy Murphy (U.S. Air Force, ret.) is a former national security affairs fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. From 2019 to 2020, he served as the first Chief of Current Operations for U.S. Space Command. Tyler Durden Sat, 04/25/2026 - 22:10

US Carrier Takes Long Route To Gulf To Avoid Bab el-Mandab Strait And Houthis
US Carrier Takes Long Route To Gulf To Avoid Bab el-Mandab Strait And Houthis By Mallory Shelbourne of USNI News Aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush (CVN-77) is operating off the coast of Namibia, as it sails around the African continent and is set to join a growing naval force in the Arabian Sea amid a U.S. blockade of the Strait of Hormuz, USNI News has learned. USS George H.W. Bush (CVN-77) transits the Atlantic Ocean, Feb. 15, 2026. US Navy photo Bush, which deployed at the end of March , did not sail through the Strait of Gibraltar and into the Mediterranean Sea, a typical transit for East Coast-based carriers headed to the Middle East. The carrier and its escorts – which include USS Donald Cook (DDG-75), USS Mason (DDG-87) and USS Ross (DDG-71) – are instead sailing around Africa, two defense officials confirmed to USNI News on Monday. Supply-class fast oiler USNS Arctic (TAOE-8) is also operating with the Bush Carrier Strike Group. The path around Africa allows the carrier and its escorts to avoid transiting the Red Sea and the Bab el-Mandeb, which were both hubs of activity for the Houthis in their drone and missile attacks on U.S. and commercial shipping in 2024 and 2025. Bush ’s transit around Africa comes as the U.S. initiates a blockade of the Strait of Hormuz following a Sunday announcement from President Donald Trump. U.S. Central Command subsequently issued a statement explaining how U.S. forces would execute a blockade of the crucial waterway that has been a main flashpoint since the U.S. and Israel launched the war against Iran at the end of February. “The blockade will be enforced impartially against vessels of all nations entering or departing Iranian ports and coastal areas, including all Iranian ports on the Arabian Gulf and Gulf of Oman,” reads the Sunday CENTCOM statement. “CENTCOM forces will not impede freedom of navigation for vessels transiting the Strait of Hormuz to and from non-Iranian ports.” A Monday notice issued to mariners, obtained by USNI News, said a so-called “grace period” that would allow neutral ships at Iranian ports to leave ended at 10 a.m. Eastern time Monday. “Following this time, any vessel entering or departing the blockaded area without authorization is subject to interception, diversion, and capture,” reads the notice. “Neutral vessels may still be subject to the right of visit and search to determine the presence of contraband cargo,” the notice continues. “Humanitarian shipments including food, medical supplies, and other goods essential for survival of the civilian populations will be permitted, subject to inspection.” In a Monday appearance at the Atlantic Council, Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Daryl Caudle spoke about the considerations for a blockade of the Strait of Hormuz, including the risk of mines, how contested the airspace is and whether allies and partners join in the blockade. “I mean, this is a major undertaking that would have to take place here to do this effectively,” Caudle said. “And of course all that’s bounded by a legal structure – a ‘rules of engagement,’ the legal aspects of this, having good firm legal structure that underwrites the ability to enforce a blockade.” A U.S. carrier has not transited the Bab el-Mandeb since USS Dwight D. Eisenhowe r (CVN-69) sailed through the strait in December 2023, shortly after the Houthis started their campaign of attacks on shipping in the Red Sea. U.S. destroyers that transited the Bab el-Mandeb in recent years have come under sustained attacks from Houthi forces. Before Trump announced the blockade, two U.S. guided-missile destroyers sailed through the Strait of Hormuz and briefly operated in the Persian Gulf on Saturday, several days after the Trump administration announced a two-week ceasefire with Iran while American and Iranian officials continued negotiations. USS Frank E. Petersen (DDG-121) and USS Michael Murphy (DDG-112) entered the strait to start “setting conditions for clearing mines,” USNI News reported at the time. The talks between Iran and the U.S. fell apart late Saturday, according to reports. The Japan-based Tripoli Amphibious Ready Group – which includes big-deck amphibious warship USS Tripoli (LHA-7), amphibious transport dock USS New Orleans (LPD-18) and dock landing ship USS Rushmore (LSD-47) – is currently operating in the Arabian Sea. The Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group – featuring USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72), USS Spruance (DDG-111) and Petersen – is also in the Arabian Sea. There are also seven independently-deployed guided-missile destroyers operating in the waters. Tyler Durden Tue, 04/14/2026 - 13:00

Harvey, Mallory
Mallory Robertson Harvey, 78, of Norman, passed away peacefully on April 5, 2026, after a short hospital stay. Mallory was born on December 7, 1947, in Norman, where she spent most of her life. After graduating from Norman High School, she attended University of Oklahoma where she became a member of the Gamma Delta sorority. She received a bachelor's degree in Education in 1970. She married Dr. Charles Hahn and had two children, Douglas and Deven. After spending 8 years in Idaho and Oregon, her marriage was dissolved and she returned to Norman to meet Jim Harvey. They were married in 1979. She spent the subsequent years in the field of education and as conference coordinator for the School of Family Medicine at the OU School of Medicine. In 1992, she obtained a Ph.D. in Adult and Higher Education, with a minor in Geriatrics. Health problems forced her to retire early and for the next 17 years she suffered from chronic back and leg pain. After much research, she discovered the source of the pain, and it finally resolved, but she never returned to professional life again. While a child, Mallory would hear stories of the early days in Oklahoma, as told by her mother. She became more interested in the subject and did much research in genealogy and the history of Oklahoma territory as it applied to her family. Her documentation of the family genealogy led her to write several articles for the Oklahoma Historical Society, one of which won first place in an annual competition that year. Her research was instrumental in obtaining roll numbers with the Choctaw Nation for various family members. As a result of her extensive research Mallory became a proud member of the Choctaw Nation and also qualified for membership in the DAR. Mallory had a love for animals all her life, both big and small. As a child she kept pets such as a skunk, a rooster, a pigeon, a chameleon, a burro, and a Palamino. She worked with her father down at their farm where she kept her horse, Apollo, as well as other horses, with his herd of polled Hereford cattle. She kept this love of the outdoors throughout her life and especially enjoyed going out to the farm to check on things and maybe pick a few wild persimmons if the season was right. She later built up a small herd of Black Baldies to maintain the farm and keep the grass in check. She also supported Jim in his professional career. She helped him by managing the household finances and supplying necessary support. She was instrumental in forming the Norman Tea Party in 2009 and, with Jim's help, kept it going for the next 9 years, providing programs designed to educate members on various political and social issues of the day. Jim and Mallory were members of First Baptist Church and Bethel Baptist Church, both in Norman, and participated in various Sunday School programs. They eventually joined the choir at Bethel which she enjoyed very much. They eventually moved their letter to Lakeview Baptist Church during her later years when the drive into town became too time consuming. Church members have been extremely loving and supportive during these last days, for which the family is grateful. She is survived by her devoted husband Jim and her two children, Deven Hahn Hardy and Douglas Hahn, a grandson, Max Hardy, and a granddaughter, Olivia Hahn, as well as numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles in the Oklahoma City, Stratford, and Maysville areas. She was preceded in death by her parents, O.C. Robertson and Dorothy Shi Robertson. A Celebration of her life will be held on April 17, at 10 am, at the Lakeview Baptist Church. Mallory will be interred at the McGee Cemetery in Stratford. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lakeview Baptist Church in her name.

West Meadow Beach reopened after winter dredging
By William Stieglitz Stony Brook’s West Meadow Beach recently reopened, following three months of restorative dredging by Suffolk County’s Department of Public Works. The dredging process involves removing sediment built up into sandbars along coastal navigation trails and is regularly conducted along the North Shore for safety. According to DPW Deputy Commissioner Leslie Mitchel, the project’s main purpose was to unblock these trails for boaters, with the dredged sand being “placed along West Meadow Beach as an added beneficial result of the project.” The work began in December 2025 and ran through early March 2026, lasting longer than normal due to the harsh winter storms and costing the county over $2 million. According to Suffolk County Legislator Steven Englebright (D, Setauket), who also acts as curator of geology at Stony Brook University, the need for dredging begins with scarping, or the natural coastal erosion of beach sand into steep slopes. Waves, especially during storms, create what he describes as “a vertical wall of sand,” with the eroded sediment built into offshore sandbars during the winter months. The DPW moved the sand back using a hydraulic dredging method, with long cast-iron pipes stretched along the beach. These pipes measure a couple of feet in diameter each and utilize a pump to vacuum the sediment back to shore. The relocated sediment is then smoothed out using payloader trucks, returning the beach to its previous condition. According to Englebright, it is important to perform the dredging during winter “because that’s not the biologically active season.” Local endangered species, like the piping plover, migrate to Central America during the cold months, then return in March, leaving “a reasonably narrow window.” According to Mitchel, while the time between dredgings varies significantly, the DPW will decide on projects based on public benefit criteria and dialogues between the towns and the county. West Meadow Beach’s last dredging was in December 2017, also resulting in beach closure while payloaders redistributed sand along the beach. While the work results in temporarily transformed aesthetics for the beach, with large sediment mounds and tire tracks running along the sand, the area is returned to its regular appearance after. “I think that the DPW has grappled with a pretty complicated project and done a pretty good job,” said Englebright. “They are working offshore with waves breaking against the barge and creating some turbulence that they have to deal with. So I tip my hat to them.”

Major US Shale Producer To Boost Output, And It Suggests One Thing
Major US Shale Producer To Boost Output, And It Suggests One Thing Last month, roughly three weeks into the U.S.-Iran conflict, UBS chief economist Arend Kapteyn told clients that one reason this Middle East energy shock is " not like the 2011-2014 shale boom " is the lack of a comparable response from the U.S. shale patch. In other words, the oil shock was viewed as temporary by major shale players and not worth adding new drilling rigs to the mix. But now, on day 35 of Operation Epic Fury , that assumption about a less responsive U.S. shale patch in the face of soaring energy prices looks increasingly stale. President Trump's remarks earlier this week were viewed by some analysts as less of a de-escalation. Trump said, "We are going to hit them extremely hard. Over the next two to three weeks, we're going to bring them back to the Stone Age." Since Kapteyn's mid-March note, Wall Street has also started to reprice the duration of the energy shock. Goldman last week raised its 2026 Brent forecast to $80 a barrel , while Reuters polling shows much of the Street expects crude to be over $82 this year, up from the low $60s earlier this year, reflecting that the Hormuz chokepoint won't fade quickly. Context here matters because the energy mess in the Gulf is no longer being treated as a "temporary" shock, and shale can no longer afford to ignore it. The longer Hormuz remains disrupted and the more Trump signals a prolonged military campaign, the greater the odds of a response from America's shale complex. The first sign that U.S. shale players are beginning to respond to higher prices, and the admission that elevated WTI prices are here to stay, comes from billionaire oil wildcatter Harold Hamm's Continental Resources, which plans to increase production shortly. " Continental is increasing our capital budget, which will increase production ," CEO Doug Lawler told Bloomberg in a statement. Lawler did not explain how much production will increase or how many new rigs will be brought online. Continental operates in North Dakota, Oklahoma, Wyoming, Texas, and has recently expanded into Argentina's Vaca Muerta. As of 4Q25, Continental produced 475,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day, with 43% from the Bakken and 23% from the Permian. Before the conflict, Continental planned to spend about $2.5 billion in 2026, down 20% from 2025, as fears of a global glut emerged and WTI in the low $60s heavily weighed on shale economics. "If you think that's because they want to help lower energy prices, think again. Any oil company that commits to boosting future investment thinks oil prices will stay high and wants to cash in ," former Yahoo Finance reporter Rick Newman wrote on X, responding to the Bloomberg story. If you think that's because they want to help lower energy prices, think again Any oil company that commits boost future investment thinks oil prices will stay high and wants to cash in — Rick Newman (@rickjnewman) April 2, 2026 The question now is whether Continental's move will spur other shale players to bring on rigs and increase production... ... and, if so, that may add industrial tailwinds for the U.S. economy while also weighing on consumers through elevated fuel prices at the pump (at first) before production increases and weighs down prices. Judge Halts Construction Of ICE Detention Center In Maryland
Judge Halts Construction Of ICE Detention Center In Maryland Authored by Zachary Stieber via The Epoch Times (emphasis ours),Federal authorities must stop construction of an immigration detention center in Maryland, a judge said on March 11.Maryland Attorney General Anthony Brown, left, speaks as Gov. Wes Moore listens during a news conference in Baltimore, MD., on Sept. 24, 2024. Stephanie Scarbrough/AP PhotoU.S. District Judge Brendan Hurson imposed a temporary restraining order halting construction of the center near Williamsport in Washington County.Maryland officials recently sued the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) over the facility, alleging authorities did not perform required steps under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), such as an environmental review.“The State has shown that Defendants likely failed to comply with their obligations under NEPA,” Hurson said. “Defendants do not appear to have taken a ‘hard look’ at the potential environmental consequences of their plans for the Williamsport Warehouse.”Hurson said that there is no evidence that authorities completed an environmental impact statement or environmental assessment, as is generally required under federal law. He said that the “slight inconvenience of a delay in construction” was outweighed by “ongoing and possible future irreparable harms” that the state faced absent a restraining order.DHS did not respond to a request for comment by publication time. The temporary restraining order is in place for two weeks.Such orders can be rescinded by judges, allowed to expire, or upgraded to preliminary injunctions or blocks that remain in place as litigation proceeds.DHS purchased a 54-acre warehouse in Williamsport for $102 million in January and was set to begin converting it into an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility on March 6 as the government ramps up efforts on immigration enforcement, including deportations.Planned work included installing perimeter fencing, installing exterior lighting, and modifying the sanitation system, according to a government notice. The conversion was described in a complaint from Maryland Attorney General Anthony Brown as likely to harm Maryland’s natural resources and environment, including local waterways and endangered species. He also said that authorities did not conduct an environmental review before carrying out construction and had provided little information about their plans to the state.DHS has not yet filed any documents in the case.“Today a federal court handed Maryland a critical victory, stopping construction that threatened our waterways, endangered species, and communities before irreversible harm could be done,” Brown said in a March 11 statement.“Though temporary, this ruling stops the construction of this massive immigration detention center while our lawsuit continues to play out in court. We will not let DHS and ICE rush through the proper legal process in their haste to ramp up deportations. We will keep fighting to make sure the law is followed and Marylanders are protected.”Please consider supporting ZeroHedge with the purchase of a hat, t-shirt, or multitool. Thank you. Jesse Jackson's Son Rips Obama, Biden For Hijacking Father's Memorial To Attack Trump
Jesse Jackson's Son Rips Obama, Biden For Hijacking Father's Memorial To Attack Trump In a move that is sure to raise eyebrows within Democrat circles, Jesse Jackson Jr. lashed out on former Presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden for hijacking his late father's memorial with not-so-veiled attacks on President Donald Trump. The son of the late Rev. Jesse Jackson, who passed away last month at 84 after a lifetime battling for the marginalized, unloaded during a private service at Rainbow PUSH Coalition headquarters, calling out the former presidents for speeches that strayed far from honoring his dad's uncompromised "prophetic voice.”“Yesterday, I listened for several hours to three United States presidents who do not know Jesse Jackson,” an emotional Jackson Jr. declared. “He maintained a tense relationship with the political order, not because the presidents were white or black, but the demands of our message, the demands of speaking for the least of these - those who are disinherited, the damned, the dispossessed, the disrespected — demanded not Democratic or Republican solutions, but demanded a consistent, prophetic voice that at no point in time ever sold us out as people."WOW🚨: Jesse Jackson Jr. just DROPPED this at his father's memorial:"I listened to three United States presidents who did not know Jesse Jackson."He added: His father had a "tense relationship with the political order" because of the demands of justice—not race or party.... pic.twitter.com/7HrcIIx3pQ— Officer Lew (@officer_Lew) March 8, 2026The drama began after Friday's high-profile public memorial at Chicago’s House of Hope, where Obama delivered a doom-laden rant heavy on division and assaults on democracy, clearly aimed at Trump without dropping the name.“Each day, we’re told by those in high office to fear each other and to turn on each other, and that some Americans count more than others, and that some don’t even count at all,” Obama warned. “Everywhere we see greed and bigotry being celebrated, and bullying and mockery masquerading as strength. It’s hard to hope in those moments.”Biden piled on, flat-out declaring the Trump administration shares “none of the values that we have,” while former Vice President Kamala Harris, whom Trump soundly defeated in the 2024 election, couldn't resist either, bragging that she “predicted a lot about what’s happening right now.”“I’m not into saying ‘I told you so,’ but we did see it coming,” Harris said. “But what I did not predict is that we would not have Jesse Jackson with us right now to help us get through this.”Trump, who skipped the service, paid own tribute following Jackson's death, calling the reverend a “good man” who truly loved people.Trump wrote on Truth Social at the time: "Despite the fact that I am falsely and consistently called a Racist by the Scoundrels and Lunatics on the Radical Left, Democrats ALL, it was always my pleasure to help Jesse along the way. I provided office space for him and his Rainbow Coalition, for years, in the Trump Building at 40 Wall Street; Responded to his request for help in getting CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFORM passed and signed, when no other President would even try; Single handedly pushed and passed long term funding for Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCUs), which Jesse loved, but also, which other Presidents would not do; Responded to Jesse’s support for Opportunity Zones, the single most successful economic development package yet approved for Black business men/women, and much more. Jesse was a force of nature like few others before him."Then came the zinger... Trump said Jackson played a big role in Obama's election, without getting credit, and added that the reverend “could not stand” Obama.“He loved his family greatly, and to them I send my deepest sympathies and condolences, Jesse will be missed!” he concluded. ProstACT Global Phase 3 Study (Part 1) Achieves Primary Objectives
Webcast and conference call to be held today, Tuesday March 10 at 9:30 a.m. AEDT (Monday March 9 at 6:30 p.m. EDT). Investors can register at the following link: https://s1.c-conf.com/diamondpass/10053620-ju7y6t.htmlMELBOURNE, Australia and INDIANAPOLIS, March 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX: TLX, NASDAQ:TLX, "Telix") today announces that Part 1 of the ProstACT Global Phase 3 study, the safety and dosimetry lead-in for its therapeutic candidate – TLX591-Tx (lutetium-177 (177Lu) rosopatamab tetraxetan) – has achieved its primary objectives, demonstrating an acceptable safety and tolerability profile with no new safety signals observed.Key findings include:Tolerability profile supported by dosimetry and low-grade non-hematologic events.Lesion dosimetry indicates no difference in absorbed dose profile across cohorts. No adverse drug-drug interactions observed in TLX591-Tx combinations.Hematologic events are in line with expectations and transient and manageable, with similar rates of recovery across all patient cohorts. The results from Part 1 are consistent with prior clinical studies of this first-in-class lutetium radio antibody-drug conjugate (rADC) therapy.Part 1 of the study confirmed the safety profile, biodistribution and dosimetry of TLX591-Tx administered in two doses, 14 days apart, in combination with one of three standard of care (SOC) therapies: abiraterone, enzalutamide or docetaxel. The patient population comprised prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) positive metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) patients previously treated with one androgen receptor pathway inhibitor (ARPI).ProstACT Global is a differentiated Phase 3 trial comparing PSMA-targeted 177Lu-rADC therapy administered with SOC versus SOC alone, a trial design intended to reflect current global clinical practice1. Telix has already advanced the study into Part 2 – a 2:1 randomized treatment expansion – in jurisdictions where the clinical trial has obtained approval from health authorities2. Part 1 data will be presented to the United States (U.S.) Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to seek an Investigational New Drug (IND) amendment to progress Part 2 in the U.S.Neeraj Agarwal, MD, Professor of Medicine and Presidential Endowed Chair of Cancer Research at Huntsman Cancer Institute, Salt Lake City, and ProstACT Global Principal Investigator and Steering Committee member, commented, "These results reinforce the feasibility of integrating TLX591-Tx with current standard of care therapies for mCRPC, including ARPIs such as enzalutamide or abiraterone, or docetaxel. Hematologic events align with those typically seen in this patient population and therapeutic class, and these cases resolved quickly. The dosimetry profile, along with the low-grade nature of non-hematologic adverse events, further supports the tolerability profile of this investigational therapy."David N. To download the exterior data repositories, you can either visit the North Relay or the South Relay. You don't have to visit both to complete the task. For this contract, I visited the South Relay. While I have marked the locations of the two Data Repositories in the image above, you'll need to look for towers. You'll find Orange and Cyan-colored towers at this location. The Data Repositories will be located on these towers (refer to the images below).Image via BungieThere is no pre-determined order for hacking the Data Repositories. Additionally, the locations appear to be fixed, which will make it easier for you to find them. The first Data Repository is near the UESC comms antenna building in the South Tower location.Image via BungieOnce you find it, move to the south of the map (and west of its location). Keep following the towers, and you'll come across cyan-colored towers. The second data Repository will be on this tower. How to complete the download AI Maintenance Protocol from HaulerThe second task will require you to travel west from the South Relay (it's closer to the North Relay location). The gigantic rig has multiple points of entrance, and the AI maintenance protocol is located on the second floor.Screenshot and remix by DestructoidThe task gets easier if you enter from the western side. Look carefully, and you'll find a door (in the image below) with a big "3" located by the entrance. If you fail at this step, you'll need to finish fresh from the first task. Amazon execs pray that new scheme wins 'Melania' viewers after disastrous box office crash
After a second disastrous weekend drop in ticket sales for the much-maligned “Melania” movie, executives at Amazon Studios are pinning their hopes on new Prime Video sign-ups when the box office disaster becomes available for streaming. The controversial documentary, which has been viewed by tens of thousands of empty seats in three weeks of release, came in a dismal 15th place with an estimated $886,000 over the Valentine's Day weekend on 1,204 screens, far behind new release ‘Wuthering Heights,” which made an estimated $34,800,000 in three days. With the “Melania” movie making only $15,432,071 after three weekends following its release, there is growing anxiety among studio executives that the film, which cost Amazon a reported $75 million including promotional costs, is light years from coming close to breaking even. After back-to-back weeks of attendance dropping over 60 percent each weekend, the Daily Beast is reporting that Amazon MGM distribution chief Kevin Wilson attempted to downplay fears by telling reporters the documentary about Donald Trump’s third wife passed “a critical first moment that validates our holistic distribution strategy, building awareness, engagement, and provides momentum ahead of the film’s eventual debut on Prime Video.”That said, the report notes that Amazon execs are hoping the devastating ticket shortfall will be mitigated by new customers signing up and paying for Amazon Prime for the express purpose of watching the film after it makes it streaming premiere.According to the Beast’s Julia Ornedo, “Amazon MGM has maintained that Melania will muster strong numbers on streaming to make up for its poor box office showing. The studio said it plans ‘to recoup some of the cost of the film when it streams on Prime Video through advertising and Prime signups,’ though it has not yet announced a streaming release date.”Amazon’s Wilson said, “Together, theatrical and streaming represent two distinct value-creating moments that amplify the film’s overall impact.”You can read more here.

Brazil Proposes National Bitcoin Reserve, Targets 1 Million BTC Over Five Years
Brazil Proposes National Bitcoin Reserve, Targets 1 Million BTC Over Five Years Authored by Micah Zimmerman via BitcoinMagazine.com,Brazilian lawmakers have reintroduced a bill to create a national Strategic Sovereign Bitcoin Reserve, known as RESBit, proposing the gradual acquisition of one million bitcoins over five years. The bill, presented by Federal Deputy Luiz Gastão (PSD/CE), outlines a comprehensive framework to integrate Bitcoin into the country’s financial strategy and diversify national reserves. The proposed legislation establishes several guidelines for RESBit.First, the plan calls for a gradual accumulation of at least 1,000,000 BTC over five years. It prohibits the sale of bitcoins seized by Brazilian judicial authorities, ensuring that these assets remain within public control. The bill also allows for the collection of Brazil’s federal taxes in Bitcoin and offers incentives for public companies to engage in Bitcoin mining and storage.Transparency is a central feature of the proposal. The bill mandates public disclosure of RESBit’s bitcoin holdings through internet-based platforms, enabling auditing by the public. It emphasizes secure storage of digital assets using technologies such as cold wallets, multisignature wallets, and other internationally recognized mechanisms. In addition, the legislation permits temporary holdings of spot ETFs backed by bitcoin in the reserve portfolio, subject to urgent and limited circumstances. If approved, Brazil could join a small group of countries actively holding Bitcoin at a national level, potentially surpassing major holders like the United States and China. Other countries like Brazil exploring Bitcoin reserves Quite famously, El Salvador holds the mantle as the ‘world’s first country’ with a strategic Bitcoin reserve, reporting over 7,560 Bitcoin under President Nayib Bukele’s program.Despite scaling back mandatory Bitcoin acceptance under IMF agreements, the government has maintained regular purchases, citing long-term financial sovereignty and reserve diversification. The National Bitcoin Office now splits holdings across multiple addresses to bolster security and transparency. The Central American nation’s approach has inspired policymakers worldwide. In the United States, the BITCOIN Act of 2025 proposed somewhat of a federal strategic Bitcoin reserve, while several states, including New Hampshire and Arizona, have passed or proposed laws allowing portions of public funds to be invested in digital assets.President Trump’s March 2025 executive order further directed federal agencies to explore Bitcoin accumulation from seized assets without new taxpayer costs. In Europe, the Czech National Bank has a similar allocation in bitcoin, while Switzerland sees a citizen-led initiative proposing a constitutional mandate for Bitcoin holdings. Hong Kong, Ukraine, and Pakistan are also exploring frameworks to hold Bitcoin at the national level, with Pakistan pledging never to sell its future reserves. Tyler DurdenFri, 02/13/2026 - 15:20
