Saudi air strikes on the strategic Red Sea port city of Mokha in Yemen killed at least six people and injured eight others, the Houthi-affiliated Saba news agency reported on Tuesday. The agency said the dead included two children and a woman, while those injured included a child and a woman. The Houthis are fighting Yemen’s internationally recognised government in a civil war, with Saudi Arabia backing government forces. In recent days, the Houthis have claimed responsibility for drone and ballistic missile attacks targeting Riyadh and energy facilities along Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast.
