Transport Minister and Wapenamanda Open MP Miki Kaeok officially launched the Million Trees Planting Initiative in Wapenamanda, a program that is set to begin this year with the goal of planting one million trees annually in commemoration of International Mother Earth Day held on Sunday April 26, 2026.
