التربية! هل نقرأ المتغيرات؟
بقلم: د. ذوقان عبيدات تحملت التربية عبر التاريخ مسؤولية قيادة التغيير، والتغير الاجتماعي، والثقافي، والعلمي، والسياسي، وغيره، مع أنها حافظت على مسؤولياتها في الحفاظ على الماضي، وتثبيته كي لا تتغير. ولكنها هذه الأيام باتت غير قادرة على مواكبة التغيرات، ولا على إعاقتها! فالتربويون في العالم محافظون، ولكنهم عندنا أشد محافظة! هذا ما بدا لي عبر مسيرة التربية الأردنية، وتأكد خلال متغيرين جديدين: الأول؛ هو قانون التربية الجديد الذي نسِخ ٩٠٪؜ من عام ١٩٦٤، حين كان العالم ثابتًا ، وكل دولة منعزلة، ولا يدري أحد بما يجري خارج بلده! أما اليوم، والعالم صار صغيرًا جدّا، فالمطلوب أن نقرأ هذا العالم ومتغيراته، أما المتغير الآخر، فهو استثناء المدارس من دراسة دوام أربعة أيام أسبوعيّا! إنهم ما زالوا يفكرون في أدغال الماضي!! (١) *دوام الأيام الأربعة!* ثمّة دراسات في العالم تفيد بإيجابية الدوام الرباعي الدفع، والإجازة الثلاثية، واتجه كثيرون لتطبيق هذا النمط خاصة في الشركات التي يهمها الوقت! فكما يقال: الإجازة هي تنشيط للدوام! والعامل المرتاح أكثر إنتاجية من العامل المرهق! ومع ذلك، لا بد من دراسة محلية لتأكيد هذه الإيجابية! فالأردنيون لا يثقون إلّا بصناعة أيديهم، بدلًا من البحوث الأجنبية!! ما يهمنا هنا هو أول القصيدة، فأول القصيدة كفرُ..... ، حيث تم استثناء المدارس من مجرد التفكير بالدوام الرباعي الدفع! يعني ما زال تفكيرنا بالمدارس: دوام، وضبط، وإرهاق...إلخ وهنا المشكلة!! (٢) *الطلبة أكثر العاملين دوامًا!!* ينام الطالب مبكرًا، حتى يتمكن من الصحو في الخامسة صباحًا؛ ليلملم حاله، وكتبه، وحاجاته، والخروج ربما قبل الساعة السادسة للباص الذي “يُزَمّرُ” له في الخارج. يعود الطلبة في المدن، وكل قرانا صارت مدنًا، في الخامسة مساءً، مُحَمّلًا بواجبات بيتية لا تقل عن...
