Salamaua hosts cancer awareness

More than 500 people in remote Salamaua communities received health awareness and screening services during an Easter outreach program held over the Easter long weekend. The three day program, conducted over the Easter weekend in Buakap village, also covered nearby communities including Asini, Busamang and inland Salamaua. The program was organised by ELCPNG Women at Ampo with support from the PNG Cancer Relief Society.
