The Diocese of Kundiawa celebrated the Chrism Mass at Wangoi Parish in the Eastern Deanery, Chuave District of Simbu Province. The two-day event, held from Tuesday, 31 st March to Wednesday, 1st of April 2026, has brought together priests and faithful to renew vows, launch a new Diocesan Pastoral Plan and close the Eucharistic Congress. Traditionally, the Chrism Mass is usually held at the cathedral, but it was taken to the parishes by Bishop Paul Sundu, making it the fourth time it's been celebrated in a parish setting.
