Man suffers life threatening injuries after fall from height

A man suffered life threatening injuries after a fall from height on Wednesday afternoon. Police said that the accident happened at 4:30pm in a residence in Triq il-Mina tax-Xatt in Senglea. The victim is a 52-year-old man from Fgura, and the police said that he had fallen from height. He was taken to Mater Dei Hospital for treatment where he was certified as suffering from serious injuries. Police and OHSA investigations are ongoing while Magistrate Monica Borg Galea is leading an inquiry.
