Italian‐Ghanaian winger Brian Oddei signs for FC Noah

Italian‐Ghanaian winger Brian Oddei has joined Armenian Premier League side FC Noah, becoming the club’s latest attacking reinforcement.The 23‐year‐old arrives from Slovenian outfit Koper, with Noah securing a permanent transfer and handing him the number 98 shirt. The club welcomed him warmly, highlighting his pace and versatility on the wing and wishing him every success in their colours.Oddei’s path to Armenia has been shaped by a diverse European journey. Raised in Sassuolo’s youth system, he was first called up to the senior squad in December 2019 for Serie A and Coppa Italia fixtures, although he did not feature on that occasion.He was promoted permanently from the Under‐19s to the first team in November 2020 and made his Serie A debut on 10 January 2021, coming on for Mert Müldür in the 73rd minute of a 3-1 defeat away to Juventus. Later, on 31 August 2021, he joined Serie B side Crotone on loan, before returning to Sassuolo when the spell was cut short on 31 January 2022.His career has since taken him to Crotone, Croatia’s Rudes, Slovakia’s Dunajska Streda and Finland’s KTP, experience that FC Noah hope will translate into immediate impact on the flanks.
