EXECUTIVE SUMMARY South Sudan continues to respond to multiple concurrent public health and humanitarian threats. The latest IPC projection places 7.8 million people (55% of the population analyzed) in acute food insecurity (IPC Phase 3+), with 2.2 million children and 1.2 million pregnant or breastfeeding women acutely malnourished. There are still no EVD/BVD cases in South Sudan, though DR Congo rose to 1,502 cases (473 deaths); cumulative PoE screening reached 453,002 travellers and a national Master Training of Trainers begins 6 July. Cholera eased 8.6% week-on-week (416 new cases) with an OCV mop-up campaign tentatively starting 10 July. Polio recorded a new cVDPV1 case in Longochok even as R2 SNID coverage reached 92%. Measles remains localized, and conflict in Akobo escalated on 5 July, driving fresh displacement.
