Trading turnover on the Tashkent Stock Exchange fell 42.8% to UZS 216.1bn (over $18mn) during the week of July 27–31, despite an 82% increase in transactions, as bond trading accounted for 97% of market activity and the AVEX Index declined 0.88%.
