A travers des discours, le personnel du ministère des Télécommunications, de l'Economie Numérique et de la Digitalisation Administrative a présenté ses vœux ce mercredi 11 février 2026. Pour le mot du personnel du ministère des Télécommunications, Dr Boukar Michel a affirmé que bientôt deux ans que « je suis parmi vous, deux années de combat de doutes, d'espérance mais surtout deux années de travail acharné ». « J'ai trouvé une maison pleine des défis, de projets stratégiques comme le PMICE, le DTS, le DATA center National, qui devraient être achevés en 2020 pour certains et 2022 pour d'autres, mais avaient accumulé des retards importants ». Il a indiqué que les difficultés étaient nombreuses : contraintes financières, obstacles techniques, lenteurs administratives et incompréhension parfois.
