Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Suzhou TFC Optical Communication Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 300394, or "TFC"), and certain affiliates, related parties, and designees. The parties will jointly establish SuperX Optical Communications Pte. Ltd.
