ICT Minister directs NICTA to BLOCK access to all pornographic and unsuitable websites

The Acting Minister for Information and Communications Technology, Peter L. Tsiamalili Jr., has issued a 30-day directive to the National Information and Communications Technology Authority (NICTA) to fully enforce the National Executive Council (NEC) decision on blocking access to pornographic and other unsuitable websites.
