Nigeriano que agrediu policiais e tentou fugir da delegacia é solto na custódia
O nigeriano Emmanuel Oluwabunmi Abari, 25 anos, preso em flagrante por violência doméstica, atacou policiais dentro da delegacia, tentou fugir da carceragem e fez ameaças de morte, acabou colocado em liberdade provisória pela Justiça em Campo Grande. Na noite de sábado (7), por volta das 22h11, a Polícia Militar foi acionada para atender uma ocorrência de violência doméstica no Bairro Parque dos Novos Estados. No local, a mãe e a irmã de Emmanuel relataram agressões com tapas no rosto. O autor também destruiu a televisão da residência. Diante da agressividade do homem, os policiais precisaram algemá-lo para a condução até a Deam (Delegacia Especializada de Atendimento à Mulher). A delegada de plantão manteve a prisão em flagrante pelos crimes de lesão corporal no contexto de violência doméstica e dano. Na segunda-feira, Emmanuel foi encaminhado para audiência de custódia no Fórum de Campo Grande. O ato não ocorreu por falta de intérprete credenciado para o idioma do preso, de nacionalidade nigeriana. Em decisão fora da prática processual ideal, o juiz determinou o retorno do preso à delegacia, apesar do entendimento consolidado do STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal) de que delegacias não são locais de custódia prolongada. De volta à Deam, Emmanuel recusou-se a cumprir ordens básicas de segurança, como retirar os calçados para entrar na cela. Durante a contenção, deu uma cabeçada no rosto de um investigador, causando lesão. Seis policiais foram necessários para imobilizá-lo, com uso de spray de pimenta e taser. Já na cela, arremessou a marmita de almoço contra uma investigadora. Ao longo da tarde e da noite, o comportamento violento continuou. O preso ameaçou outros detentos, tentou quebrar as grades da carceragem e proferiu ameaças de morte contra policiais civis, afirmando que mataria um agente ao ser libertado. Na madrugada de terça-feira, desta terça-feira (10), tentou fugir da unidade. Nesta manhã, diante do alto risco de fuga, a escolta para nova audiência de custódia foi realizada pelo Garras (Grupo Armado de Repressão a Assaltos e Sequestros). Apesar do histórico recente de agressões reiteradas, lesão a agentes públicos, ameaças e violência doméstica, o Judiciário concedeu liberdade provisória ao autor.
