SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — The Philippine Navy formally welcomed its newest offshore patrol vessel, the future BRP Rajah Lakandula (PS21), during an arrival ceremony held on Friday, May 8, at the Naval Operating Base in Subic, Zambales.
