PRIORITY ACTIONS ▸ Operationalize the new Tier 1A/1B/1C county framework, prioritizing Ezo, Yambio, Juba, Yei, Morobo and Nzara for EVD/BVD IPC supplies, case management capacity and RCCE under the area-based readiness approach. ▸ Expedite the ICG application for OCV vaccines for Fangak and Renk reactive campaigns, and fast-track Fangak cholera sample results with NPHL. ▸ Investigate the two new cVDPV1 isolates (Pibor and Juba environment); consider extending the SNID to nationwide NIDs given spread to Pibor and Tonj East. ▸ Act urgently on the 23% GAM rate in Jonglei and Akobo West (all 8 facilities closed); provide outreach clinics in IDP areas, restore EPI services and fast-track supplementary immunization to prevent VPD outbreaks. ▸ Restore health services for communities in Akobo West (~11 facilities still closed), complete the IRNA in Walgak & Waat, and advance the SNID preparations (25–28 August).
