K92 Mining Limited (“K92”) has reached a significant workforce development milestone with the signing of two apprentices under the National Apprenticeship and Trade Testing Board (NATTB) Apprenticeship Program. The signing formalised apprenticeship agreements for two individuals from K92’s host communities: Teddy Wagasai of Watarais (Markham District, Morobe Province), who will specialise in Heavy Equipment Fitting; and Ricky Tikas of Bilimoia 1 (Kainantu District, Eastern Highlands Province), who will train in Electrical (240V).
